Shipping Policy

Our products ship via FedEx, and currently, are restricted to United States only.
All refrigerated orders are processed and shipped Monday and Tuesday via FedEx for same-week delivery and will arrive to your address in 1-3 days. Please note that if you place your order in before Monday (end of day), it will ship on Monday/Tuesday.
There is a minimum purchase of 6 items (to optimize efficiency in dealing with refrigerated shipping issues/cost).

Other details and reminders:

• We (FedEx) cannot ship to PO boxes.
• We cannot reimburse you for a wrong address (please double check your address)
• Your product is being shipped in a Styrofoam or insulated liner container with frozen gel packs and dry ice. At times (usually longer distances) we may also utilize extra frozen gel packs and dry ice.
• You can track your order through FedEx and USPS (via a personal account and tracking number); it is your responsibility to make sure you receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
• Products will be left at your doorstep unless otherwise directed.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policies

There are no refunds on our products as they are perishable and cannot be returned. Please contact us at info@muscleliciousfoods.com if you need to talk to us.
We do not take responsibility, if the delivery is delayed or not delivered by the vendors because of the bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances.
Regardless if payment has been confirmed or received; we reserve the right to cancel any order without giving any reason. Refusal of item by the recipient is considered as a complete delivery. No refund will be possible.
In case of home delivery, if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery the item(s) will be handed over to a relative/neighbor unless otherwise specified. If a relative/neighbor is unwilling to accept the delivery, we will leave the delivery items in front of the main door and it shall be considered the order has been executed. In such cases, no claims for refund shall be entertained under any circumstances.
In case of hotel delivery, if the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception, and it shall be treated the order has been executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, it shall be treated that the order has been executed, and no claims for the refund shall be entertained under any circumstances.
In the case of hospital delivery/office delivery, if the recipient is not in a state of accepting delivery, the item(s) will be handed over to a relative/neighbor/reception and it shall be treated that the order has been executed, and no claims for the refund shall be entertained under any circumstances.
Musclelicious Foods is not responsible for orders that are damaged due to extreme seasonal temperatures being left outside your shipping address door and/or damages in transit or after your MF Box has been delivered. However we will try to handle each inquiry on a case-by-case basis and will be happy to assist you the best we can. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility, we have no control of it. You will need to file a claim with the courier and create a case number with them. If you have delivery exceptions after your package has been shipped from our facility, please contact the courier to enter it in their system for the driver’s information. MF does not have the ability to do this messaging. You will need to be responsible for this information with the courier.

Musclelicious Foods does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Damaged packages, upon delivery, require a claim to the carrier as we are not liable for damaged packages.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
