  • What are Musclelicious Foods shipping rates? 

We now use Next Day delivery for optimum freshness of our mf Protein Puddings and mf Protein Peanut Butter Power Snacks!

Shipping flat rates are $9.99 / East Coast, $19.99 / Central and $29.99 / West Coast. Please add your shipping address at checkout to see what your shipping fee will be.

  • mf online orders ship using Priority Overnight Express delivery. You shall receive your mf order the following business day after your MF Box ships out. We ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • We highly recommend purchasing the Perishable Insurance for your order.
  • We will attempt to notify you of substitutions if we are out of stock of a flavor selection you’ve ordered. If we do not hear from you, we will replace the out of stock meal with a flavor that you have already selected in your MF Order.
  • Please keep track of your MF Box when it ships via the tracking number that will be provided to you via email. You may also request a text as well.
  • When your mf Box is delivered, please do not let it sit too long outside in the heat at your doorstep. A great idea would be to have it delivered to your workplace if someone is available to take it for you or at a friend or relative that is always home.
  • Once you receive your delivered mf Box in your hands, immediately open it up, please take a few pics and store your MF items in the fridge for a couple of hours. You may enjoy and consume them right away if you’d like. They’re delicious warm or cold. Even frozen ice cream-like!

 How is my food packed and shipped?

We ship our products in 1 MF Custom Cooler Box size. (18 x 13 x 12) @ 20 pounds) The MF Boxes are insulated with Styrofoam walls and 1-2 Ice Packs and / or dry ice pellets that will evaporate by arrival. Please go to FedEx.com and check the estimated rates for FedEx Priority Overnight service to your shipping address. Use the dimensions of 18 x 13 x 12 with the weigh of 20 pounds. Click calculate to get rates and transit times. Expensive right? 

All mf meals are prepared fresh and shipped directly from the mf Store in Easton Pennsylvania

Every item on Musclelicious Foods is handmade, packed and shipped specific to that’s items needs to ensure the freshest, most delicious food arrives at your door.

  • Does Musclelicious Foods have a minimum/ maximum quantity?

Minimum Order Quantity is 8 and Maximum is 12 of mf Protein Puddings and mf Protein Peanut Butter Balls, Dough’s and Crumbles to proceed to Checkout. You may also add a Maximum of 8 mf Protein Bars. These mentioned are the total amounts of mf Products that fit securely in one mf Custom Cooler Box to ship! This includes ice packs, dry ice and packing materials for freshness and safe travels.

  • What is the best value?

The best value is to choose the maximum of 12 MF products. Just make sure that you will eat at least one 16 oz Protein Pudding completely every day or two. Our MF meals and snacks are all made fresh in our mf Kitchen. The Protein Puddings have estimated ‘Best By’ dates located on the bottom of each container. Try snacking on one throughout your day or replace one of meals with a full container. They are also great before bedtime meals. Your sweet tooth will be very satisfied while your nutrition during sleeping will be on point.

  • How and where is Musclelicious Foods made?

All mf Protein Puddings and Peanut Butter Products are all made and prepared by Cipriano and Sharin Pereira since 2000 in their home kitchen to present day in a fully registered commercial mf Kitchen. Choose which flavors you’d like as long as they total up to 8-12 items.

  • I need my package delivered by a specific time, how can I arrange this?

Once your package is in the shipping carrier’s hands we have no control over the time they will deliver it. But, the good news is that both FedEx and UPS give you the ability to schedule your delivery times for all of your packages!

If you know that you are not going to be home and are worried about them not leaving your package at your door, we strongly encourage you to schedule your delivery window directly with FedEx or UPS. Their Delivery Manager platforms are flexible and allow you to schedule the delivery of your package within a short time-frame to ensure you will never miss a package again.

Once you receive your tracking email from us letting you know that your package has shipped, go to one of the below links to schedule a delivery time or a pick-up location/time that works for you:

  • Do I have to be home when my item is delivered?

We do not require you to be home and we don’t require a signature for delivery on any order. That said, we do recommend opening your package soon after delivery to properly store any items that require refrigeration. Musclelicious Foods is not responsible for packages reported damaged due to a delay in opening and/or not properly storing the package’s contents upon delivery.

The decision to leave an unattended package at your front door is solely up to the discretion of the driver. If the driver feels it is safe do leave the package, and then they will do so. We are not responsible for missed deliveries because no one was home and the driver felt it was unsafe to leave it.

  • Why won’t the driver just leave the package at my door?

If you plan to be away for the day of delivery, we encourage customers to arrange for someone to pick up the package and freeze or refrigerate the items as recommended. 

  • What are Musclelicious Foods shipping rules + policies?

Every item on Musclelicious Foods is either handcrafted when you order or produced in limited quantities, so in some instances, same day shipping is not available. Musclelicious Foods take enormous pride in every product we offer and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date.

While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping fresh and frozen food around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of FedEx, UPS or USPS. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.

Musclelicious Foods is unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8am-8pm. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early and schedule it to arrive early. A majority of our products can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to preserve freshness. In some instances due to weather or other uncontrollable events, we may have your product arrive earlier than requested to ensure that it arrives in good condition.

Musclelicious Foods is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.

Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. If you need to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped, a $19 address change processing fee will apply to your order. Once an address modification is requested, FedEx requires one business day to process the change, which may delay the package. Musclelicious Foods is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification.

There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped.

All packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

  • Can I ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately we’re not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Did my order ship?

Once you place an order with us you’ll receive an email confirmation that will include a link to your order status page. This information will update as your order is prepared and eventually shipped. Additionally, you’ll receive notification emails from us providing updates, such as “Your order has shipped” and “Your order has been delivered.” Notification emails will include tracking information so you can follow your deliciousness on its journey from food shop to your door.

If you can’t find that email or the tracking information, you can view your order history by logging in to your account page.  From here you can click on any order to view the tracking information.

Depending on the shipping method and perish-ability of the item, it is normal for tracking information to not show movement until the evening prior to your estimated delivery date. If there appears to be an issue with your delivery, please speak to us via live chat on the main page or email us at info@MuscleliciousFoods.com for immediate support.

  • Is a signature required for delivery?

Musclelicious Foods does not require a signature for the delivery of any of its packages. However, it is ultimately up to the individual carrier as to whether they feel comfortable leaving the box at a home, even if a signature is not required. If the driver does not leave the package, you can call the carrier to arrange a pick up at the nearest shipping location that same day or wait for re-delivery the following business day. Carriers typically make three delivery attempts before the product is returned. An estimated delivery time frame is presented on the product detail page. Please plan accordingly to be sure you receive the best quality product.

  • Does Musclelicious Foods ship overseas?

At the moment, we ship to the United States only. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Some of our merchants will ship non-perishable items to APO/FPO addresses but it would be best to send us an email and ask first, just in case!

  • My friend that I ordered for wasn’t home and missed their delivery

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to notify a gift recipient of a pending delivery. FedEx and UPS drivers will only leave the package at a recipient’s door, or other secure location, if the driver believes it is ‘safe’ and reasonable to do so. If the recipient is not available to receive the delivery and FedEx determines the delivery location is not ‘safe,’ Musclelicious Foods is not responsible for a damaged product and/or additional shipping fees.

  • My order was not delivered on the scheduled arrival date. Can I receive a credit?

Once an order has shipped from our MF location, Musclelicious Foods is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, inaccurate shipping information, or the drop off policy of our carriers.

  • My order shipped and is being sent to the wrong address

Customers are responsible for checking that the address is accurate in their confirmation email. If an address needs to be modified while the package is in transit, a $19 address change processing fee will apply to the order. Once an address modification is requested, FedEx requires one business day to process the change, which may delay the package. Musclelicious Foods is not responsible for delays in transit caused by re-routing a package. Musclelicious Foods does not offer refunds for orders shipped with incomplete, invalid or incorrect addresses. We are not able to reship packages returned to our partner shops by the carrier due to inaccurate shipping information, or re-route packages once they have been delivered. The tracking information shows that my order was delivered, but I did not receive the package Sorry to hear about this trouble with your delivery! Please check your confirmation email to ensure that your shipping information is accurate. We also encourage you to check in with neighbors and/or property staff (i.e., doorman) at your home to confirm if anyone saw the delivery or received the package on your behalf.If the package is still missing, please contact our Customer Support at info@MuscleliciousFoods.com with your order number and confirmation that your shipping address is accurate. We will contact the carrier and provide a resolution for you on a case-by-case basis.

  • How long will it take to receive a shipment?

Musclelicious Foods items are shipped directly from Easton, Pennsylvania and delivery timelines can vary from item to item. We use Priority Overnight for our perishable items to ship in a shorter time frame. We do not ship between Thursday and Sunday. Once your item has been handed off to a shipping carrier you will receive an email from us with your tracking information.
